Festive min head
The novice men had two increasing performances on the 17 December. Both crews started to put in to practice the many skills they had learnt over the past 3 months. Things are looking good for the New Year.

Before the Christmas holidays the lads done there first erg test, and are ready for the festive head 17 Dec 2011.

The month kicked off with the Annual men’s dinner where the novice of the year was presented to Andrew wood. Well done Andy. The 'Tub Champs' Champions were also presented on the night with the Milne Barbour cup.

November
Bann head was the novice men’s first race. Two novice eights had an encouraging first run, in new and difficult conditions. It was also Mark F Hall's last race so it was good to come home with a few pennants.
We also had the annual Tub champs. This annual event sees side by side, in house racing across 500 metres, in everyone's favourite Millen barber tub’s.

October saw the new coaching team assembled, and over 50 new novices come through the club doors. Steven Lockwood is the new novice head coach and Marc Butler is the new Novice general manager.
